We want to ensure you have the best experience preparing for your UPSC exams. Because our platform provides instant digital access to all premium test series immediately upon subscription activation, all subscription purchases are final. We do not offer cash or source-bank refunds once premium access is granted.

1. Subscription Terms & Access

We offer time-based subscription plans. Choosing a plan instantly unlocks all premium evaluations and locked mock tests on your dashboard. Due to the immediate delivery of this digital content, subscriptions cannot be refunded, prorated, or rolled back. To ensure our platform meets your expectations, we highly encourage attempting our free initial mock tests before purchasing a subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellation & Accidental Plans

We understand that accidental selections can happen during payment. If you have mistakenly subscribed to an incorrect time-tier plan, you may request a plan adjustment under the following conditions:

• You must raise an official adjustment request with our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
• The premium unlocked tests must remain completely unattempted under the new subscription period.
• Our internal support team will review your account activity logs. If eligible, we will gladly migrate your account timeline to the correct intended subscription tier or adjust your access accordingly.

3. Payment Errors & Gateway Reversals

If you experience any technical transaction issues, we are dedicated to resolving them swiftly:

• Double Deductions / Access Issues: If funds are debited from your bank account but your subscription status does not update automatically, please notify us immediately at support@upscaleias.com. Once verified, our team will manually provision your premium access right away.
• Failed Gateway Transactions: If a payment fails midway at the gateway level before reaching our servers, the payment aggregator will automatically reverse the transaction and return the amount to your original payment method (source bank account) within 5 to 7 working days.
